"2/22/24: little update. Great food and experience as usually. But a bit of a turn off is they don’t validate $5 worth of parking anymore. We parked for only slightly over an hour and it was $7. It sucks knowing if we go we will have to pay $7 to park every time, it will definitely lower how frequent we go here, we are pretty much regulars but with a small child dealing with parking on the street is difficult and not easy. Before it would be $2 with validation which was fine, but $7 is way to much just for going out to dinner just to park, not to mention it’s one of the worst designed parking ramps I have ever seen to get around in. Original review: Great food, unique flavors, great shakes. A bit pricier than other places but it makes up for it with the quality, freshness, and taste. The food was very hot when we got it, Nashville hot chicken was delicious, sauces were great, truffle fries very good. Will be coming back, very cool inside too. Great managers here as well, an extremely well ran restaurant, highly highly recommend!!!"

"I was so looking forward to eating here and was disappointed. Four of us ordered burgers, and I am not a fan of mayo, so I ordered my Ultimate burger without the Red Cow sauce (mayo, pickles, and mustard). Our food came, but my burger had the Red Cow sauce on it, which i asked to have left off. It took a while for the waitress to return to the table so everyone else was half done eating. She was kind and ordered a new one without the sauce, but everyone was done and another drink before I got my burger. I wasn't upset, just annoyed, and kind of lost my appetite. Only saving grace was the truffle fries and margaritas. I wasn't expecting, but thinking I would get a discount on my meal for it taking 20+ minutes to get a new burger. They have parking in the Berkman's ramp, but you have to pay if you are there over an hour. I won't be going back there again, sadly."
