"Decent food quickly. Although, the quality seems to have suffered somewhat over the years. They took away one of my favorite dishes & switched drink vendors. Sometimes the staff can be a little passive aggressive."

"I love the small little things this location does for the online orders. I've noticed that each time I order online for pickup that my order bag is still under the heat lamp waiting for me to pickup and my drinks and special order items (like remove tomato add diced jalapenos) and drink are using the the wrapper and lid marking to tell our items apart without having to open up the sandwiches or sip each drink to tell the difference between Coke and Barqs. Most places skip the small details but this Arby's location been consistently providing decent food and a great experience for us over the past year."
"We discovered the 2 for 6 deal. While in Rochester for a week, we went to Arby's many times! The photos are from different visits. The fish sandwich is unbelievable. I had many of those through the week. The Buffalo flavored chicken sandwich was pretty spicy and good, but very messy. The chicken kept sliding out of the buns. This made me wish we had an Arby's in our home town!"
