"Food is really good and friendly service, but I have had to go back into the store or the drive-through a handful of times due to part of my orders not being complete and missing items at the taco bell by Target North."

"This was not a fast food experience. It took 45 minutes to get a basic order. Prices are outrageous. Taco bell is no longer worth it. I could have sat down in a restaurant had someone take my order, give me drinks and get a good meal in the same amount of time. But no ordered at a kiosk, paid way too much money, and wait 45 minutes in a cold "fast food" hall."

"The drive through is always backed up and slow, but service inside has never left me upset. They could be faster, but given the current economic conditions and such, it's not really a huge deal to me. The crunch-wrap supreme is my go to. Plenty of parking and it's almost never full (Everyone's in the drive-through), so you'll probably get a good spot if you go inside."

"This Taco Bell has been very consistent! The food is always good, made well, and tastes good. I've never had anything that taste like cleaner here, but I have other places. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is the drive-thru is a little slow. On a Friday night, it'll take 15mins or more to get to the window but they are usually pretty busy, and they've never messed up an order. This is a good Taco Bell"

"This location has been here as long as I have lived in Rochester- close to 25 years. They used to have a part of Pizza Hut inside and my children loved options of both. I don’t visit much since they lost the Pizza Hut franchise inside. The tacos have always been pretty consistent in how they are made and taste, until recently. Since about 2020, we rarely visit. The quality of the food has gone down significantly. The food is never hot. My order is missing things more times than not. We ordered tacos last time and there seriously was mostly just lettuce. A few shreds of cheese and maybe 2 teaspoons of meat- which is just a soy protein now. It doesn’t even taste like beef and it’s super rubbery. The cost has gone up but the quality down. I don’t know that we will be back. They did bring back the Mexican pizza which my family likes. They bring back the cheesy fries from time to time. Wish they would just keep some of the traditional items…..they would have more customers."
