"Terrible experience here! They don’t even deserve one star. Please take the time to read this before you consider buying a vehicle from them. I bought a lemon through them. They convinced me to purchase a platinum warranty that covered pretty much everything. I had issues with my car the whole 5 months I had it from them. I bought it in for an alignment issue, and Chippewa valley Mazda techs couldn’t find anything wrong. A few months later they recommended I take it to Nissan. They then found the cruise control sensor was bent. They waited over a week to reach out to my warranty company. They let me drive an unsafe car on the highway and with how bad my wheel was pulling to the left due to the bent sensor, I was almost in an accident. It got to a point where the car was so unsafe to drive, I had no choice but to trade it in. I went to the ford dealership today after never thinking I’d buy a cord, and walked out with a brand new 2024 Ford Escape. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I was a young 21year old girl with no credit history and Chippewa valley Mazda took full advantage of that. Please please please reconsider getting a car from anywhere in one automotive, and keep your options open."
