"I recently had my car in the collision shop. The service was outstanding! From the personable approach Terron had from the minute I walked in to the service quality in the shop. They took care of my needs in a timely manner and kept me updated every step of the way. They even took care of returning my rental car!"
"Overall, they do good work. However, don't rely on communication from them. After I initially dropped off my car, they said they would have an estimate compiled in a little over 48 hours. A week and 2 days later I started calling them. Then, I called my insurance company, and they called them. No response to either of us. From what I understand, my insurance company sent a local person to see what was happening, which finally led them to complete the estimate. This utter lack of communication was very disappointing for such a mainstream business. On the bright side, they finished my car a day early which I appreciate. However, after my experience I will be unlikely to return unless it's the last option on this half of the state."
"I needed a repair through insurance and was directed to use Vance. Not only did they complete the repair, they detailed/cleaned inside the van and it was well beyond my expectations. They did such an amazing job!! It was so messy and there was this sticky gel on the windshield that they got off. It's like a new car."
"Terron Bell and James Weisner, from the first visit to today, exceeded expectations to ensure the restoration of my vehicle to its pre-accident condition, leaving no trace of the damage. The repairs were executed with precision, and the pricing was both unbeatable and transparent. The upfront estimate proved accurate, and I received excellent value for the quality of work. Their commitment to quality sets them apart from the competition. Thanks so much!!"
"This was an absolutely frustrating and disappointing experience. Vance Collision ignored the issues that we brought to their attention. They even went as far as to state to our insurance company that we were making up these concerns. What was supposed to be a one-week repair ended up taking months to fix the damage they did. This resulted in a lot of inconvenience and additional cost for us. Vance Collision had our car for two months, all the while claiming they were working on it and waiting for a part that they claimed could only be ordered from Germany. We checked. That part was readily available at an auto parts store a few miles away. So, for weeks, they left our car sitting in a snow bank while they waited for a part they could have picked up in ten minutes. After two weeks, they stopped responding to our emails and phone calls. When we finally got our car back, things did not seem right. It was clear that the mechanical issues were not addressed. We talked with our insurance company who agreed that there had been multiple lies from this shop throughout the process and that they were also not confident that the shop actually repaired the car. So, we were told we could take the car to another shop to have it inspected to make sure the repairs were actually done. The second shop started looking the car over and called us immediately because they were greatly concerned. They asked us to come watch as they took the car apart. What we found was that multiple parts of our car were missing, the frame was damaged, and there were multiple welds torn. In addition to that, there was a great deal of mechanical damage from the initial accident that Vance Collision never addressed. So, here’s our question to Vance Collision: At what point were you planning to tell us that our car’s frame was damaged, the radiator had damage, there was a hole in the air inlet, the hose for the AC was damaged and leaked all of the fluid, the brakes were damaged, and so on? You knew about these issues and completely ignored them. Instead of addressing them, you made the car look pretty on the outside, swore to us that you repaired the mechanical issues, told us the car was in great shape, and handed the car back to us knowing fully well that our children drive that car, a car with a bent frame, mechanical issues, and parts missing. Who the heck does that?!? You should be ashamed of yourselves. We are incredibly grateful that the insurance company saw through your nonsense and got our car into another shop who had the skill and integrity to identify the issues. The damage to the frame and the mechanical issues were more than the second shop could handle, so our car was then taken to a third shop who identified even more issues that you missed and lied about. So, here we are, six months later, with our car finally fixed and safe to drive, no thanks to you. Again, you should be ashamed of yourselves."
