"I came in with a coolant leak. I was told it's most likely the thermostat, and 300$ later, I was told they were wrong, and that it was ACTUALLY the water pump, which would be $500. Rather than pay up, I replaced the part myself. I triple checked my work, amyet there is still a leak. This company would've taken me for $800 without fixing the issue. I understand you can't always be right, a guess is a guess, etc. But cars weren't invented yesterday, coolant leaks arent new, and professionals shouldn't be wrong over and over again."
