"Best shop in Winona. Will only do necessary repairs and not take advantage of people just because they are not mechanics themselves and don’t know what the problem is or what it should cost to repair. Today I called them saying I had a wheel baring or ball joint or something wrong going on by the wheel because it was making a weird noise and vibration. He said the were booked solid for 3 weeks. I said “well I guess I’m just going to have to push it for 3 weeks then and hope for the best”. To which he said “why don’t you just bring it in today and I’ll spin it around the block and tell you if that is going to be a wise decision”. I brought it there and he took it for a spin, came back and then took a look at the wheel and told me it was neither a wheel baring or ball joint. I was missing a lug nut and the others were loose. So in the end he could have blown me off but instead he took a look that day and saved me from maybe losing a tire while driving and lord know what could have happened and didn’t try to take advantage of the fact I was wrong about what the issue was and didn’t even charge me for the time he spent even though he squeezed me in between jobs. A+."

"Had a wiper arm problem and Shane took it apart, cleaned out the bolt , grooves, put it back together, worked like new. They've done my brakes, valve covers in the past on old vans, wonderful work. I've used them 15 years and so has my mom.nd"

Volkman's Garage was kind to come to our location to revise the vehicle.; we then drove the car carefully to the garage while the owner followed us for our safety.
