"I ordered at the drive through and it took 20 minutes to get my food. Then it came out and was missing a whole meal plus straws for our $40 meal. I have called three times about the service at this place and it never gets better."

"Always had great service and orders were always correct upon pick up. Prompt and definition of the good ole KFC! Parking can be a little tight and very busy at certain times but definitely my go to for some satisfaction chicken!"

"5pm Wed 8/16/23 Went thru drive-thru. 8pc meal--all dark orig. Chicken overcooked and dry, Biscuits also dry. Coleslaw and potatoes/gravy were fine. Called and spoke to MGR. She offered apology and 8 pieces of chicken free. 8/17/23 returned to KFC around 5pm today and received 8 pcs of chicken that were good. Thank you."

"Had a belligerent customer in drive-thru. Don't know what it was about, but I could guess all day and not be far off. Customer pulled away and reversed because they forgot her drink. Got our food and they forgot our side. Must've been the 3rd string shift. Underwhelmed, but we don't visit often for it to matter much."

"Absolutely rude and lazy. I came through the drive thru at 8pm. They let me know they only have 5 pieces of chicken and it would be a 45 min wait for it if I wanted to order the 12 piece meal. An hour before close you only have 5 piece and are turning me away. I hope the management of the place looks in to there decrease in sales and realizes it’s because their employees are lazy and rude. They seem to think they should have to work that last hour."
