Domino's Pizza

"They have good pizza and chicken wings and they give you a big amount of food at a good price. It's definitely worth it if you feed multiple people. It gets busy, and sometimes your order can take a while, but that's just how it goes with any good pizza place."

"This is my second time placing an order online and not having the pizza ready when I arrived 45 minutes after placing the order. The pizzas were just slopped together when I arrived. I ordered peppers on one and it had like five peppers on it. Would have been faster to drive to point for pizza and the pizza would have been better."

"I've been placing online orders from Dominos since 2020, and I never had any issues until the last few months. Lately, the store isn't even taking online orders most of the time, which stinks because I can't get rewards points by ordering over the phone or cash in my points for free pizza. Today, I was finally able to order online and get my free pizza. The estimated delivery time was 37 minutes. After an hour and 10 minutes, it hadn't been delivered yet. The app was also giving an error message every time I checked order progress so I was worried my order hadn't gone through. I called the store and they told me they DID receive my order, but it was still in the "make" line and it would be at least half an hour before it arrived. Last time, when I ordered by phone, delivery was also slower than they estimated, though not THAT slow. After this order, I'm giving up on the Wisconsin Rapids Dominos because it has been a real $h!+ show lately. That said, I've only been disappointed by the food once in three years, and that was quite a while ago."

"I'm not sure if the Wisconsin Rapids Dominos is just incredibly short staffed or if it's something else, but after waiting 1 hr 20 min for our order I called the store. Our order hadn't even been placed in the oven yet. I was told they were very busy. I asked how long it would be yet and was informed it could be 1-1/2 hrs. I felt as if they wanted us to cancel our order. The call must have spurred action because we received our order 40 min later. It's good they're doing such a great busines and although it took 2 hrs from order to delivery, the delivery driver was great and our food tasted really good."
