"horrible service. only one employee behind the counter while a line of people waited. nicole gave absolutely horrible service. i asked for an exchange of an order from Black Friday. she refunded my order, and then proceeded to charge me full price, when all i wanted was an exchange, with ended up with me walking out empty handed AND leaving my initial order there. I asked for my initial items back to do an exchange online, but she told me she returned them, which I did not ask for. Ouch. Will NOT be back."

"The manager at the Rochester MN old navy store has horrible customer service and customer relations. Trying to make a return for my daughter, with a receipt, Past 30 days. And it took 4 times of calling the manager up and many readings due to associate error or computer error to finally get the return to go through. At one point the store manager shoved the receipt at me and told me to find an item on the receipt. So sad about my encounter with this store manager. Old navy use to be our go to for our family for pictures and casual wear. NOT ANYMORE. I will have to be very desperate to even step foot in that store or order online. Shame on you Old Navy!"

"A nice clean and well kept store. Clothes were neatly folded and displayed. They have the best sales for men , women and children. Regular sizes to plus.. Quality clothes for all weather wear and comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took my mother there while she was visiting from California. Got some good deals for the whole family.."

"Love this store for their jeans. I buy the boot cut in the curvy label because they fit my athletic body best and they were on sale for $15. I don't usually buy shirts here though, they tend to fit in the body but the arms are usually tight. I'm not sure why the shirts and dresses have weird fits, definitely not for anyone muscular. I could go up in size but then I don't like how the body of the shirts and dresses are too big and baggy."
