"They served multiple people who came after me. When I noted that it had been 20 minutes since I ordered and others behind me had received their order, they said it was just taking a long time. I noted again that people after me had their order. Then he looked for order & couldn't find it. So then the drive thru saw that they had an order just sitting there getting cold & handed it to me. There was no apology. It was simply my fault for not being patient enough though they had food sitting there getting cold."

"I walked in waiting to order and the barista with the green hair did not even acknowledge me and my friend. I work in customer service and I get that they were busy but it is ridiculous to not even say anything to us. Additionally our drinks were ready and we were very obviously waiting for a while at a table for them to make it as they are just talking about their personal life with no sense of urgency. They did not call our name or say anything when it was ready. Some people really do not belong in customer service. Very disappointed."

"Made my drink very well, I complimented the barista and he was grateful and taken aback to be complimented, probably doesn't happen much. I have a lot of respect for baristas specifically (especially at shops with drive thrus) due to them having to make so many drinks so fast. Nice clean store."

"Convenient location, friendly staff and inviting interior. There is a cute outdoor seating area with cafe lights, lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables, but bring your noise cancelling headphones because it is noisy due to the highway noise."
