"My experience with Tom Kadlec has been a bit all over the place to be perfectly blunt. I have gone into the dealership three times now and walked their showroom floor and browsed their lot and none of the sales staff has even glanced in my general direction. I had been hoping to test drive a newer Civic or Fit and buy in cash for my wife but after being ignored by the entirety of the sales staff, I will most likely be buying from a private party. That being said, I just got off the phone with Glen in the parts department and he was VERY patient and helpful. I gave him a long list of parts and he was able to source every part needed for my project and ordered it within minutes."
