"I’m not the one to complain, by my boyfriend and I wanted to make tie blankets. We got the fabric (four 2 yard pieces). The young man who cut our fabric simply folded it and cut it by guess. No actual measuring. But we trusted him, which was our fault. When we got home, nothing matched. We had to cut a lot of fabric off one blanket to match. Wasted fabric and wasted money. And our blankets were much smaller than they should’ve been (I compared to a previous blanket that was 2 yards). If you go here for fabric, make sure the person cutting the fabric actually measures!!"
"Leah in Eau Claire yelled at my daughter for skipping down an aisle. She was excited to get materials for a tie blanket and instead of nicely asking a small child to slow down she loudly yelled at her to “stop running” in front of several other customers. My child was embarrassed and confused why an adult would be raising her voice at her. Another employee assisted us afterwards and was very friendly and helpful."

"On this particular occasion came in looking for some least fabric and a pattern to make some pajama pants to give as a Father's Day gift the location was clean and the staff was knowledgeable plus I like the fact that they had a lot of deals and discounts on the fabric and stuff that I needed to get the project done.. Update: came into Joann's today looking for some jewelry making crafting items was very delighted to see that they had a lot of discounted stuff on sale 40% off mostly was able to get a good batch of stuff and we're off to crafting!!! Update: came I to the store today to shop the 50% off deals! I "
"One of my favorite stores. The staff is so very pleasant! These two ladies went out of their way to help me get all the flannel fabric prints that I wanted!
