"On our two day weekend trip through Minnesota, we were lucky enough to stop at Bonnie Rae's in Rollingstone. What a neat and tidy cafe!!! It seemed like half the town had gathered here on Sunday, which we took as a good sign. We had already had breakfast, but there was still room for a pancake. A wonderfully fluffy, delicious pancake. With equally delicious coffee. In a place where luckily time has stood still a bit (although there is internet connection). Bonnie gave us a warm farewell and we hope that her café will remain this wonderful place for cultural encounters for a long time to come."
