"This company came out 10+ times to fix a walk-in freezer. They didn't fix it, and it resulted in them ruining $19,831.00 of my own retail product plus a few thousand in produce. They have yet to resolve the issue and have pressed the subject that they fixed the freezer and that it cost a few thousand to fix it. I have a voice-mail from the last time saying the bill was less than $200, and weeks later, it goes to a few thousand dollars. I want you to call your insurance company and cover my lost goods over your hack job of a fix of a walk-in freezer. I called you guys for weeks about this, and your overnight hot line service is completely a joke. Some drunk lady works that line. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT WILL COST YOU THOUSANDS."

"I was late to read the reviews or I could've saved $984 dollars. We had the ice machine cleaning service from them and it took 5 hours for the guy to clean it and i respect him the machine was really dirty but they charge extra hour from when they leave their location and also the truck charges is different 45 dollars which covers their insurance and it covers the parts they have in their truck i never saw a company which asks the customer to pay for their truck's insurance and all. So basically i would not suggest since they charge both different things truck charge and travel time charge. Same as nick oatels review i would not have given them 1 star, but no other option for my opinion."
