"We had a problem within 2 hours of starting a 3 week vacation. Luck was with us and we were about 15 miles from Willie's. While talking with us on the phone they requested photos of our broken equipment. Before we got to Willie's they had sent an estimate. They were waiting with our replacement piece when we arrived then they helped us install it. Wonderful service and great employees."

"Like another reviewer, parts don't respond to emails either. I have a 2021 32BHDS where the Dinette window just shattered when closing it. While cleaning up the mess of broken glass I noticed that there was a screw drilled in on the inside of the frame which should have been on the outside of the frame. It's obvious it happened during manufacturing chipping the glass which weakened it, then finally, just shattered (see photos). I noticed the chip a few weeks ago since that window don't get used much it went unnoticed. It shouldn't be that difficult to respond."
