"I spent half an hour looking.for what I wanted. Several employees walked passed me an never asked if I needed help. I had to go to the online site to look for what I wanted to order it there. But did pick out a shirt to buy stood at the register waiting to be help for about another 10 minutes before the girl (Maryann) finally came over to help me. Too busy talking to friends to help your customers!!!! Don't think I will be back to the store again. There used to be great service there. But I saw atleast 4 associates an all had walked by me standing there an no one bothered to ask if I needed help. Then the girl at the register got abit snippy when I told her I didn't want anything else but to just buy the shirt. Sad customer service there. An I have worked customer service for over 20 years now."

"Couldn’t get anyone to ring me up. Took me less than 2 min to pick out a hat. I ask manager if they carried a chin strap, she said no. I said I wanted said hat anyway. She turned and walked away. I immediately went to register. She was within site. Granted she went to remove a shirt from a mannequin, another lady was still shopping. Previously another gal was working that said she’d help me pick out a hat but she disappeared, lunch? I really didn’t need help choosing a hat because I saw immediately what I wanted. I wear my hat on my horse farm. I buy numerous things from your store. Not for fashion. Your manager was rude to me probably based on how I looked. The man working was very nice but busy HELPING someone. I left my “almost” hat at the counter."
