"I'd mark less stars if it will be possible. Ordered boots. Arrived a bit larger than I guess. So I decided to make an exchange. I filled exchange form that was in the box with boots (I really marked up EXCHANGE) and sended them back (delivery price was about 80%of boots price, omg). But! I did not got another pair of boots. I've just got my money back. Somehow, they decided to make a refund instead of exchange. So I've lost a lot of time! About 1.5-2 months for all of this. And also I've lost money for delivery."

"Someone started an account for me and started buying product,and shipped it to their address and I can't get it resolved. I right now am being billed over 300.00 dollars. This is a very crooked company.!!!!"

"Least transparent Customer Service ever. Error on my part (single digit mixup on delivery address) resulted in 3 weeks delay to be told refund had to be issued and more waiting would be required. Their “system” always seems to be down, right hand doesn’t talk to the left hand, and a simple address update was too much for them to handle. While the service agents were kind, clearly their policies tie their hands behind their back and no communication was forthcoming. Buyer beware."

"Received women's shoes with laces the length for a child's size boot. Paid over $100.00 and they refused to send correct length laces."
