"Came at the start of lunch went through drive thru and ordered my food without tomatoes cut in half with cheese. Got it all right, very courteous and even made a point of telling us the onion rings just came out and it was FAST! GREAT JOB guys!! Best Burger King I have been to in a LONG time!!"

"I have to say that the manager of this Burger King is amazing. She always has a smile and goes out of her way to make sure everything is right. She is Friendly and Professional. My wife has never liked Burger King for as long as I have known her, but because of this manager and the way she treats her customers, my wife has given Burger King a thumbs up. I just wanted to take a moment to give some credit to an amazing person. She is definitely Manager of the year qualified."

"The staff on duty were awesome. They were slammed with door dash orders when i walked in. In spite of that they were super responsive and apologetic for my wait time. I really appreciated the acknowledgment."

"Me and my family went here because the other Burger King had unsanitary practices in Chippewa Falls, and we just had a bad experience at the other Burger King in Chippewa Falls.So we thought to give this place a try. They messed up our order and and put tartar sause on the Whopper Jr. Sandwiches, the mushroom and Swiss melt. Was not made right either,It came out with the mushrooms cold on the burger and not toasted bun. So I went back into the store and asked them if they could remake me it because the burger was hot but the mushrooms where cold and the bun was not toasted. This time I was watching the process and got my burger back nice and hot and I asked them to please make sure the mushrooms where not cold. The young man at the window and register was polite . But I don't think we will be going back there again either."
