"Okay, so explain to me why it takes over a half hour to get the Store Ready? An then proceed to Ignore Customers in the Drive thru. I was a manager for 5yrs, what they did was Completely unacceptable. I came here with my Husband and we waited in the drive thru. An no one cared to help. You need to Fix the problem cause this is not okay. . They should of had everything Prepped an ready to go once it opened an had the cash registers ready. Idk what they were doing inside the store but their is absolutely no excuse for their Actions. I will be contacting Corporate."

"We ordered breakfast at 1027am, my husband got there at 1035am and they wouldn't give us our food! At 1045am, they told us they weren't going to make more breakfast when they're supposed to make it until 11am!! Then, they refused to give us OUR money back because we ordered on the app! WHAT THE ABSOLUTE **** TACO BELL?!?!"

"Staff said it was too hard to take two separate orders. I think that’s unacceptable, I’ve went to many fast food places and I’ve never heard that. It takes an extra minute or two to take an extra order. They also said I couldn’t order a Crunchwrap supreme at 9:40 am. I’ve had Taco Bell at 8am and had a Crunchwrap supreme every time. Laziness."

"The Taco Bell in Red Wing Minnesota was a pleasant experience. In a time where customer service has gone away, the employees here were very friendly and performed their jobs very efficiently. I appreciate getting my food fast and getting it as I ordered. Great job!"

"I come here almost daily for close to 5 years and have never had any serious problems with the place other than quality of the food changes drastically depending on when you show up. Today I came in and ordered my food and asked for the taco to be chicken instead of beef. What I received was a chicken taco that had been originally made with beef then they dumped the beef out and put the chicken on top of it. As a person that worked at Taco Bell for almost 3 years and was a manager at one point I can tell you this is not what you're supposed to do. The tortilla should've been thrown away or set aside in case it was needed for the next order. Instead I received the most disgusting taco I've had to eat from here and I didn't get past one bite. Looks like I'll be more hesitant to eat here now if they can't get something simple like that figured out. I've included a picture to show what was left on one side of the taco but it doesn't show what left under the toppings as well."
