"Easily the best Birria Tacos I have ever had. Great portions at a good price and full of amazing flavor. I've had some bland Birria before. These aren't that. The Pastor Tacos, eh. They weren't bad. Not the most flavor, and drier than I prefer, but they were ok. I don't know I would order them again, especially with how good the Birria is. But like everything the portions on the Pastor Tacos was generous. The Flan was pretty good, I've never had it before so I have no comparison to make. I would order it again if I was looking for a desert. Definitely recommend Taco Libre."

"First time at a Taco Libre. Love the concept. Great dining space. You walk up to the counter and order from on an electronic kiosk then you get called to pick up your food. It could be a problem if you happened to have questions. We loved the food choices and the lunch special for $9.99 which includes a beverage. The food tasted good and I liked how the rice and the beans were served in disposable cups. It makes it easier to take them with you if you don’t plan on eating your whole lunch. Fun place to visit with Latino music playing."

"Torta: Pretty good! Salsa bar: several options, and the dark red one was tasty and smoky! Tacos: We liked the tripe flavor, but chewier and not as crispy as we would have liked; the carnitas had good cook on it though we'll add more salt next time. Churros: Pretty good as well"

"I was hesitant to try this place as the recent reviews kinda sucked, but for dumb reasons in my opinion. I have to say those reviews were wrong. This place is awesome. The food was so so good. The servings are large, so we could only eat about half. We got a torta and the birria tacos. Holy Yum. You order through a tablet, which I honestly really like. I appreciate being able to look over the menu items without feeling like I need to rush myself. The service was fast too! I saw reviews saying it wasn’t busy, but when we went, 6pm on a Saturday, it was steadily busy! It’s a little spendy, but when you think about it being made fresh and not a Taco Bell taco, it’s not expensive at all. If you’re on the fence to try this place, I definitely recommend!"

"Fast food taco joint that was pretty good for being in a shopping maze of stuff you don’t need. Fresh food in indoor garden type setting. A pleasant surprise for the suburban location. Leans towards Americanized rather than authentic. Not as flavorful as I had hoped. Street tacos pushing the 4$ mark here. Makes me want to go old school and find a taco truck. Enjoy!"
