"Our party of 16 didn't have a reservation and we were sat immediately, at 10:30 am on a Sunday service was great and quick food was amazing !! Not a single issue! Which for me is so surprising because I have alot of special requests just with my own food and almost every where I go something gets missed or messed up so it was so refreshing to not have to complain or have my food sent back !! We were back out the door by noon. So happy that I chose to also reserve this AMAZING restaurant for my wedding rehearsal in April, I can't wait for my 45 family members and friends to enjoy the food as well!! Prices are amazing as well. 100% recommend!! This was only our 2nd time at this restaurant the 1st time there was only 4 of us and food was good then too."

"I went to check out their Orton Room for an Outreach event in a couple of months. I was greeted by the waitress and directed in the right direction. Soon Amy, the owner introduced herself. I was able to get all my questions answered and she was polite. I told her, like I will tell you: if I am looking for an up scale place to eat in Durand, this would be my pick."

"Being from out of state and passing through wanting a good breakfast spot. Boy did we happen to find this gem!! The service was amazing, the food was fantastic and the view of the river on the patio was just so relaxing. Prices are extremely reasonable and well worth it. They have an extensive menu. With amazing curds."

"We had the special of the day which was fried chicken with potato dumplings with a side of coleslaw and cranberry sauce. Though we didn't have any, we saw the home made yeast rolls cooling in the back room...smelled delicious. The service was great, our food came quickly and Don, the owner, filled us in on the history of the restaurant, its unique circus poster and the town happenings. We enjoyed sitting inside at a table overlooking the Chippewa River. We would definitely recommend it to others."
