"Bought tires here less than 2 month ago. 3 weeks in with my new tires I had low tire pressure. Filled them up with air, another 2 weeks goes by and the tire pressure is low again. Fill my tires up AGAIN and call them for an oil change and to ask them to please check on why my new tires keep losing air. They charge me $35 bucks to check the psi and give me no response other than “We will need to charge you to take all the tires off and check” My Mom calls asking them for a reason as to why the tires they put on are not working correctly and why I’d need to be charged for their mistake. The old man and woman we talked to were extremely rude with not a bit of customer service skills. You think as a small business owner you’d have the self respect and accountability to own up to you and your employees mistakes. After reading the other reviews on this place it is obvious that this is a recurring trend. Going to have to take my car somewhere else to fix whatever they messed up."

"Had terrible customer service and response from the front office lady today. Had a tire that needed to be changed on a government vehicle and tried to explain how GSA works since I’ve been doing this for 10 years with GSA vehicles. The lady on the phone was rude and hung up on me trying to telling me to get authorization from GSA when I’ve had many business make the call. Save your money and go to any other business in Menomonie that is more professional then Churchill."

"I found myself three hours from home, a flat, two dogs in the car, and an almost dead cell phone. The staff here was able to get my tire repaired and me back on the road very quickly for a very fair price. Would absolutely stop here again if I'm in the area."
