Kids Konnect Infant Care & Preschool

"My daughter is 2yo now and joined right before turning 1yo. She’s a child that doesn’t smile at strangers or warm up to people easily. I was surprised to see her completely adjusted after one week and happy to go to daycare. She loved all her daycare teachers. She recently transitioned to their preschool and they made a strategic plan to help her transition to her new classroom since she struggles with change. This made such a difference. She now gets up in the morning saying, “Mommy, ready for preschool. Going to play with friends.” :) In my initial search, I was very selective in choosing a daycare for so many reasons including my own experience working as a teacher. Kids Konnect won us over with their clean/organized facility, caring teachers, and great communication. They keep track of your child’s meals, diaper changes, etc. In addition, updates and photos are posted on your personal thread on their app. Nothing is ever perfect 100% of the time at any school, but one thing I can say is I have a lot of respect for the teachers, who go out of their way to help the children feel comfortable and the director, who you can tell genuinely cares about the kids and has great conflict resolution skills. This school is a San Leandro gem!"

"KidsKonnect is a excellent daycare run by wonderful caring teachers. After COVID19 started, our original daycare shutdown. We were fortunate to find KidsKonnect through the state's CDSS site for essential workers needing daycare assistance. Even though KidsKonnect would normally be full, the site director met us late in the evening the same day we contacted her, helped us enroll our child, and then went above and beyond by helping us enroll in a discounted tuition program through the state we didn't even know about. My spouse and I ended up liking KidsKonnect way more than our original daycare and feel lucky we were able to enroll our kid fulltime there after things started opening back up. The teachers spend a lot of time and effort coming up with fun and unique activities for the children, and the facility itself is huge with an outdoor playground and indoor gymnasium. Teachers are also very good at keeping us apprised of how our child is doing including pictures almost everyday on ClassTag; monthly meal, activity calendars and news letters; detailed daily reports for children in the infant room; and periodic parent teacher conferences. My son seems to be thriving there and I've never had any issues. I would highly recommend this place to any parent looking for childcare."

"Our whole family loves Kids Konnect! Our son has been attending since they first opened, they had a few staff changes, but they got it right. I really like that they send a monthly curriculum calendar so that you know what your child is doing and you are able to reinforce the same lessons at home. My son truly enjoys the extra activities, like the garden, the caterpillars and most recently the ant farm. The classrooms are very well decorated, well cleaned and perfect for little people. The staff are all amazing. Not only do they take great care of my son, but also his older twin sisters. They too, enjoy knowing what's going on at Kids Konnect. Overall, we are very pleased with the school and look forward to continue watching our soon grow here."

"We moved to the East Bay in December and were worried about finding a good daycare for our son. We happened to see openings at Kids Konnect as they were just opening up. We are so lucky we found this place. I cannot recommend Kids Konnect enough to anyone. All of the teachers are amazing and they take great care of the kids. They do a really good job of keeping the classrooms clean and providing fun, educational activities for the kids. I appreciate the constant communication from them too. We get a monthly newsletter so we know what activities our son will be doing each day as well as a menu so we know what he's eating. He has learned so much since starting here and we look forward to continue watching him develop, both socially and intellectually!"

"Our kid has been part of Kids Konnect since he was 15 months old and the level of care he's received has been excellent. The teachers are kind and gentle with the kids, the classrooms are cleaned daily, and the included meals are nutritious and fresh. Since joining, my son has gotten to participate in gardening, raising butterflies from caterpillars, and different art activities. We're grateful to have found Kids Konnect!"
