"The description of parts online doesn't match the actual part . I called on the engine that was listed as running and even listed oil pressure at idle and operating speed. I was told on the phone that the engine was junk core engine not running. I asked why it was listed as running , the lady on the phone was very very rude , actually yelling at me for me asking . The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the large inventory of parts. If you can find what you want someplace else don't buy from this place go somewhere else where you will be treated like a customer ."

"The Dowining clerk Kevin N. was an absolute jerk to us. Not customer friendly whatsoever. A simple "we can take of this" would of been better way to deal with his problem but asking my wife, who was making the purchase if her name was Ed.. was insulting. I only called to find the part. By the way the sales person I spoke with was super nice. Would never talk to that rude clerk again. Also spoke with another person, Pedro at the main number. He was super helpful."

"I've ordered some parts from here for my Ford commander 6000. I know parts for that hard to come by. They have been more then great in helping me look for parts. I am not tractor expert they know that. No one has talked down to me. I just got off phone with Kevin."
