However, the tech was very understanding of the situation, helped to explain what was going on, and did stick around to resolve the issue that was not easy to diagnose. I appreciate that kind of service after having dealt with this for +3 weeks. Washer/Dryer replaced 6 months ago. New machine is broken. Took over a week to get support on site. Tech said it was repaired and shouldn't happen again. Problem was not solved and now another ~7-10 days until they get a part. Not a great situation. No parts in stocks for repairs."

"They are awesome! We were supposed to receive our new dryer yesterday but they had an issue with the previous install and had to reschedule for this morning. They called my wife to apologize multiple times. They arrived this morning and are almost done with the install in 1 1/2 hours! Devon and Nick are awesome and they deserve a raise! Update on this. We received our Speed Queen washer last Monday. I have to say I couldn't be happier with these Speed Queen products. They are simple and easy to use. Don't need all of the buttons and lights. It's bitter sweet though because I don't have anymore more appliances to replace so no more visits from Devon and Nick! You guys and Simon's are awesome!"
