"My family is staying at a hotel in town. We ordered from here through Door Dash. We only received half the order and no one at this location will pick up the phone. Luckily Door Dash refunded our money. Very disappointing."

"Tonight I went to order one pizza and two orders of bread sticks it took 40 min when he said it would take 5 min then I finally got my pizza and one order of bread sticks then he said I would have to wait another ten min for my other bread stick I did ask for extra garlic butter and cheese they were dry and most of them were half the size they should have been and only gave me one sauce said he didn’t have anymore horrible customer service tonight not happy"

"Terrible, dropped our sausage pizza taking it out of the oven then refused to remake it because it was 8:05 PM and they were closing. Refused to refund us and offered stale cheese bread and breadsticks they were going to throw away anyway. Nothing but problems with this place and they refuse to make a bad situation right."

"The employee didn’t even speak to me, literally just looked at me and looked annoyed when I said I had an order to pick up. Our Detroit pizza was dough-y. Crazy crust pizza didn’t have any seasoning it was just regular, breadsticks were barely seasoned and we got buffalo wings instead of bbq. This location is horrible every single time we go, there are issues. The owner of this franchise is also very rude. We hardly ever come here anymore because of the service and quality but we gave it a shot tonight and again, was disappointed."

"Wouldn’t recommend on a Friday Night or any night. They won’t let people in the lobby over an hour before close.. they will make you sit in the drive through for 20-30 minutes. You get to watch every other person try to open the lobby door and get upset as entertainment. I sat here for 20 minutes before I wrote this review. Food is as good as you would expect."
