"Unfortunate experience. The technicians originally checking my battery began to attach the wrong cables to the wrong battery terminals, not once - but twice. Benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having an off day. After testing my battery and seeing that it was bad, I purchased a new battery from the store and was happy to learn they do free install. The technician was taking a while to install the battery and a second technician went out to check in what was happening. Apparently she had sold me a battery not compatible with car and was trying to install it - again with the wrong terminals. Fortunately this was caught. Th second technician helped make sure the correct battery was purchased and he took over installation, which I was grateful for. As he was installing the battery he shared with me that other technicians at that store had messed up similar installations and shorted out a vehicle recently. Up to this point, it was a mixed experience. Maybe a 2 star review? The kicker was that when I started my vehicle after the battery install my sound system no longer worked! And still doesn’t. I returned to the store to inquire about the issue and was left with no answers or ability to correct the problem. I checked fuses and they are all fine - all I know is that based on my experience and the info provided at this location, I would not recommend this store and be hesitant to ever let a technician from batteries plus touch my vehicle again. No idea how much it will Cost to repair my sound system, but a costly lesson learned on my part and a cautionary tale for those considering this location."

"This was my 4th time in for a screen repair and have had minimum issues with the service. Today however, I had the repair done but my FaceID wasn't working. They offered to look at it and come back. When I came back they said the screen they use doesn't "adapt" or isn't compatible with FaceID. This was never stated up front and has never been an issue before. I was told to go to Apple, pay another fee, to have them fix it or they could put the broken screen back on my phone. This is terrible customer service and a poor business model for selling faulty screens. I won't be going back and I'd recommend anyone needing a screen repair to go somewhere else."

"I called and visited several places to find the right battery for my vehicle, then I found Batteries Plus, that not only had the specific battery and said they would also install it. Cheers to Nick, the Assistant Manager at Batteries Plus - Maplewood who handled the whole thing by himself, fast & efficiently. Plus, replaced the batteries on my fob keys. Very helpful."

We found out they also can provide replacement key and fob for our 2006 vehicle, at half the dealer price. Noah replaced our batteries and Bret called their Florida location to transfer our needed key style. Both of them were extremely helpful and kind."
