"Traveled 2.5 hours to this shop 2/3/2024 and they were closed. Online it says they are open. On the door was a sign saying “Winter Break”, sorry for the inconvenience! Evidently too much trouble for them to enter this online. After owner’s reply I went to the website…absolutely no mention of being closed. The hours show open on the day I traveled. When people put your business into a Google search they see your hours and that is where whether you are open or closed should appear. And your website home page never states you will be closed. Very disingenuous to reply and insinuate I missed something. I didn’t. I double checked after you stating you posted on your website."
