Walmart Auto Care Centers 850 County Road E East, Vadnais Heights, MN 55127

"I purchased 4 tires and prepaid for installation. My email confirmation said to arrive between 8-9am. I arrived at 8:20 am and was told I would be considered a walk in because I was late and that it would be several hours at least if I wanted to wait. I asked why as was told anyone more than 15 minutes late was skipped. I was the only person in the automotive section. There was not another person waiting for anything and he didn't even have the shop doors opened yet. I explained my email said to arrive between 8-9 and he said "yea that happens all the time, they should change that it's stupid." I asked if it happens all the time shouldn't someone call to verify arrival time and was told "we don't have time for that, but if you were on time this wouldn't be an issue." Even though I was very angry I asked if I could just reschedule. He said the only opening was 7am the next day. I asked the other associate was there any other times and she said well we also have 8,9,10,11,and 12. The first guy was just mad and trying to make things harder for me"

"Lazy! Literally all I can say. There's never anyone at Auto Center check out. If there is you can trust they know nothing. Not a tire, brand of oil...no help, no service at all!"

"On the day we went in to get our tires installed they were short handed and behind schedule. We had 2 vehicles done and were there 5 hours. We had purchased a wrong set and had to return them, and the manager didn't care much at all, and didn't do anything about it. At this moment you may wonder why I rated so high. That's because of Heather. She was extremely insightful and got the return solved, and throughout the time she was amazing with my kid."

"Be aware of the rude and unreasonable (threatening?) employees. I came to the tire center and showed one staff (Nathan on the receipt) the Walmart app page of the specific tire I want. The page has the price on it. The staff said you can pick up my wheels with new tires in the afternoon, and he never told me (1) the in-store tire has a much higher price and (2) Walmart does not price-match tires. He did not ask me to sign anything or show me anything. 7 hours later I came to the tire center again to pick up new tires. They insisted in charging me a much higher price (50% more) very rudely. I was not willing to do so as no one told me the price is different from itself. Another staff then threatened that he is going to take the new tires off my wheels and giving me the rims without tires...note that they have tore down my old tires. Waited for half an hour for their manager who kept talking about that they do not price match. But come on, the problem is, every new customer will assume Walmart app is from Walmart and the price is consistent (at least Walmart price-matches itself), and you never told the customer you have a much higher price and the customer has to accept that (because your tore down the old ones). The worst is, they never apologize and are very rude to the extent of threatening. Be aware."
