"Wanted to buy a used GX460 from them, walked in, talked with Ashley (if I remember correctly). I was told the vehicle was not ready; asked if I can just look at it and not gonna test drive it, she said no. No further information about the vehicle was provided. Then just asked me to go and wait for her call “tomorrow”. NEVER heard back from her. Totally fine, your lost. Got a 2021 GX460 from Chevrolet Wayzata today."

"Looked at a truck, drove it and then inspected it on the lift. The salesman said he would talk to his manager in the morning and call me back about a couple concerns I had. The truck had a leaky oil pan gasket, and was missing some suspension parts. He never called (apparently he had the day off). When I called him he told me the truck was sold. Over a week later it's still for sale but the price has gone up. When I mentioned that, they told me the price went up do to repairs made. Which I can understand if they made a deal with the person supposed to be in the process of buying it (for over a week). But why change the advertising of that vehicle and the price on the advertisement if it's already sold? Makes no sense. I get the feeling they just didn't want to fix those issues and wanted to sell it to someone else who wouldn't notice. I asked about warranty on used vehicles and was told there is none. It's as is where is. Which makes sense if they can dump it without fixing it I guess (for them). Shady, with lots of (excuses) for what happened. Bottom line, I was in negotiations for that vehicle and it was sold out from under me. Not good business."

"Got a oil change today. Was told the car would be ready in 1 hour. After 1 1/2 hours I checked to see how soon the car would be done. They said the parts were billed and would be done soon. 44 minutes later the work was finally completed. First time customer and last time customer."
