Starbucks

"No point in ordering ahead through the mobile app because they won't start your order until you are in the store and manage to (hopefully) get the attention of a staff member to make it. Then, it will be another 15-20 minutes before they get to it. This never used to be a problem until about 5 or so months ago. Not sure what changed. Drinks used to always be ready when I pulled up. Now, it completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead, and I am beginning to transition to Caribou because of it."

"Had to come leave a review today. I go here way too much lol. They are always so nice to me. My first insanely amazing experience was in March 2022. My dog has passed away the day before, and I came here for a pick me up. I actually broke down while ordering because it had beeb a rough 24 hours. Not only did the manager and staff write words of encouragement on my items, the manager leaned out of the drive thru to give me a hug!! Then fast forward to today. I LOVE red cup day. I never miss it. But I currently have COVID, so I ordered on DoorDash. I had asked the driver to grab me a red cup if there were any left. When he dropped off the bags, I tore it open and found not one , but TWO red cups!!! I am also pregnant so it made me cry. It’s been a rough go of it lately for me, but whenever I come to this Starbucks, the staff always perk me up - no pun intended. I hope corporate sees this and gives them all a raise!!!"

"Amazing service! I was addressed by name and treated with the utmost respect. The service was friendly and fast! They also gave me a larger drink for free by happy accident :)"

"This is one of the best Starbucks locations in the Twin Cities as they will admit if they made a mistake and fix it without any drama. Drive thru is the best as they are very friendly and always make sure to get the order correct. It's our once a week treat to get the gouda breakfast sandwich with the sous bytes. If you've not has the sous byte, you are in for a savory treat that matches well with the cold brew and vanilla sweet cream."
