Starbucks

"When I enter Starbucks , they couldn't take my order in the front. Due to staff shortages. I totally understand that we have current issues regarding shortages. While I was waiting for my order. The staff began to take orders up front again."

"Line was slow. It was a 30 minute wait. But I suppose this may have been due to the complexity of people’s orders e.g. grande Carmel macchiato in a venti cup, 1/3 whole milk, 1/3 almond milk, 1/3 soy milk, double the amount of vanilla syrup, carmel wall in the cup, no carmel drizzle on top, upsidown, tall cup ice, whipped cream, rounded lid, 1 shot extra espresso (decaf), cinnamon sprinkled on top,"

"About a month ago we were in the area, we always stopped at this Starbucks for coffee or refreshers. The barista at the drive thru was very rude. I had to repeat my order twice when my friends heard me say it clearly and slowly the first time. When my friend ordered her drink, she very rudely told her they were out of pumpkin spice so she ordered a refresher instead, then our 3rd friend ordered her refresher. Just in all while ordering she was giving us a rude attitude. I understand our drinks were little complicated but were received attitude the whole time. When we pulled up to the window she gave us our total in a rude manner didnt smile at us once, my friends and I were pretty sure she looked at us in a unfriendly way. My friends drink orders were wrong. Please tell your employees to treat customer's with respect."

"I have been going to Starbucks for many years. This place was absolutely horrible. Their customer service was absurd. I have been to this location many of times. I will not return to this location again. I paid for my drink (and all the extras) they made it wrong. The woman behind the counter proceeded to argue that my drink was right, all I was trying to do was explain my drink and explained that I paid for the extras and I had my reciept to show her if needed. She didn't want to listen. The cashier that took my order over heard the conversation and realized she made a mistake entering my drink and told the lady that the drink in fact was wrong and instead of the woman making my drink right she dumped the "tall" cup into a "venti" cup, dumped a ton more ice in my cup to the point the ice was over flowing and falling out and handed it back to me, and continued to try to prove that she was right. Starbucks should feel ashamed for having someone treat a paying customer in such a way."

"This is my “home” Starbucks. I’ve been here at least 50 times and the quality & service has always been excellent! I’ve ordered many different food products and of course countless different beverages and the baristas always nail it! I tip em every time!"
