Olio

"Olio is THE Italian restaurant in Bayport and probably even Stillwater. We made a reservation a few weeks in advance to be safe but I'm sure anyone could walk in and sit at the bar for food and/or drinks. Their cocktails are different but soooooo good. I recommend their version of the martini. I don't even like vodka and this was my favorite cocktail on the menu. Service was excellent. We were well taken care of. We decided to split a number of things and ordered one of the entrees off their specials menu for the week. Possibly some of the best spaghetti I've ever had. The chocolate cake came with a homemade olive oil ice cream that was indescribable!!!! We love Olio! We will be regulars!"

"Super quaint with only a half dozen tables or so... Recommend calling in advance to make reservations! Food was INCREDIBLE! Our party had Short Ribs, Chicken Parmesan and a few other items and all were amazing. Our server was very attentive and I cannot recommend this experience enough. I'm getting hungry writing this review thinking about our meal!"

"What a gem. The team here has so much heart and it shows on every plate. There’s a charming feel to this cozy and thoughtfully designed space, where you’d be happy with a glass of wine and a bowl of pasta at the bar or multiple courses at a full table. Cocktails are balanced and interesting, wine list nudges your knowledge of Italian options in new and (really!) affordable ways. Definitely one to visit more than once for a chance to sample all that’s on the menu."

"We had an excellent date night dinner at Olio! The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was everything we hoped for. Every dish was full of complex and delicious flavors. We will definitely come back to continue exploring the menu. We'd love to see some monthly specials/featured items in the future to keep people coming back."
