"Check you credit card receipt before you leave. I tipped cash and they took $20 extra from my credit card without permission. I even told them I tipped cash on the table. Took forever to get it straightened out. Unbelievable! Other than that, good and service was great."

"I couldn't say ENOUGH about Chapala's!! The food is top notch! The customer service is phenomenal! The general atmosphere of the building is absolutely the best I've encountered yet. They always have music going, there are always smiling faces, delicious drinks and even better food! You couldn't ask for a better place to go to eat!! If you can only stop on at one place in Mora I recommend stopping here. Take your time looking through the menu, and if you can look it up before hand because there are SO MANY options and EVERYTHING is so good I can't even say enough about it! I NEED to try everything at least once!! And the drinks!!! Oh my, I haven't had a better (or bigger) margarita ANYWHERE!!! Take the time to thoroughly order what you want, some of the employees don't speak fluent English but it's really no issue! Just take a second or two and speak clearly and slow down. At the end to double check your order and everything will be the BEST!!"
