"I drive 20 minutes to this place because the mexican food here is probably one of the best outside the cities. The salsa, the queso, the huge jugs of beer to the carna asada, it all tastes good and you get the authentic dishes full of flavors."

"We went Fall leaf-peeping in our '41 and stopped in at Rancho Loco in Forest Lake. Our table had a view of the Lake and Park. There's a welcoming atmosphere, awesome meal, and generous portions with nice presentation. We had Taquitos Locos and Shrimp pineapple(Al Pastor) with drinks and sides. On price, we gave it a $$$ medium price. We arrived mid-afternoon before the work crowd came in, so the music was a bit loud. However, we enjoyed it. We will eat there again!"

"I very much enjoyed the ribeye in the Bistec Ranchero which came out sizzling and Bistec a la Diabla very tasty and not too spicy! Both came with a side of rice and beans. Definitely coming back for more! Yum-O!"

"This is our second time here this week. 3 of us are determined to eat one of everything on the menu. Way better than my old go to for Mexican. Service has been excellent, food is fresh and hot. We had a pitcher of Mango margarita.. My top shelf and it was Worth it! If you enjoy Mexican highly recommend this place. And if you wanted a little walk after there is a lake just across the parking lot. Love the atmosphere too. Really you need to come here and check it out. The one main cook.....don't know his name, but he's about 6ft tall and had been here both times and his cooking is delicious."
