"I went there twice in the last 2 days, once Friday night, the next Saturday lunch time. Friday was bad, the chicken was tough, biscuits dry, and service was bland at best. Saturday was the complete opposite. The manager Jillian was on duty, and was cheerful and nice. The food was ready before I finished paying, and was hot, fresh, and made perfect. Get more like her, and I'll be back more often!"

"Happy they've built a KFC close to where I live but the prices for a bucket of chicken are wild. Loved the $10 8 piece promo they had. The price is double that now and just not worth the cost."

"The coleslaw we received as a side was slimy and rotten and could not be eaten, the chicken was dry and hard to chew, like rubber, there was no pepper in the mashed potatoes. Our Pepsi and our Dr.Pepper was flat and horribly watered down, like the soda bibs were out and no one replaced them. We received no butter or honey with our biscuits. The employee was super rude and nonchalant while we were taking our order and sounded annoyed that we were there (we were there at 7:30pm, so it wasn’t right before close) overall, this location is sub par and provided an inadequate experience for us. I do not reccommend."

"KFC is only for the rich and upper class people. 3 pieces of chicken cost $12. That's $4 for a piece of chicken!!! It 's no wonder why the they have no business. It's unaffordable for the average public. It's nice that North Branch has a KFC, but it's not an option for our family because we have a budget to keep. We will stick to the other more affordable options in town for our food needs."

"Very impressed with this KFC! A newer one and will definitely return. One piece of chicken a little dry but everything else tasted very fresh and delicious. Food super quick service."
