"I have used Chisago Collision twice. First was for hail damage, my car came back looking better than before. 2nd time was for vandalism. The fact that they made sure my car had new doors and the new glass had the windows tinted like it was before floored me. Humbling to get my car like nothing had happened. Paint color match OEM perfectly, couldn’t ask for better service. Trustworthy shop, hands down!"
"Hit a deer and did some pretty good damage to the whole front end. Radiator amongst many other parts needed to be replaced. Was told it would take 3-3 weeks to hGe it done, however they finished it within a week. Phenomenal service and quality workmanship."
"I would like to add to my wife’s post. First, I’d like to say how disrespectful Jerry Kaletzko is for putting our names on his post. Second, I would like to tell the true story so everyone can know actual bad service we had, despite the untruthful post from Jerry. In November, 2018 my truck was in an accident. I choose Chisago Collison as the place to repair my truck. In December, 2018 my truck was repaired. The repairs looked good. Since the cold weather, I did not check my AC. Come June, 2019 I realized my AC did not work, which it did the previous year before the accident. Nothing else happened during this time, so most likely the accident. I called the owner and was told that it would be chargeable for any work (No warranty on his repairs I guess), but maybe the insurance would cover it. After contacting the insurance, they wanted to know the issue and cost before covering it. I had Jerry look at it and was diagnosed as a AC line (same side as the accident) and a common problem from GM(according to Jerry). Insurance agreed to pay for the repairs and we proceeded to have Jerry to fixed the issues. After the fix, the AC worked for about a week before turning right back into blowing heat. I called Jerry back and he asked me to bring it in to be looked at. He found another leak (“GM issue”). I wasn’t going to go back to my insurance again and he was not going to fix the issue at no charge. On top of that, he asked for me to pay him to check the AC after his first fix did not fix the issue. A second issue just appeared within a week of another AC fix? I 100% support my local businesses, but i don’t support bad customer support."
"just to clarify it wasn’t a year later as the accident happened in winter so the ac was not being used at the time and when the ac began being needed that’s when the issue was brought to light. Yes after two more trips in with the truck and extra money it was communicated that this was a issue with the trucks manufacturing. And furthermore the response to the original post speaking to our experience just goes to show further your complete lack of professionalism , using clients names to try to publically shame them for speaking to their experience is completely disgraceful. I can definitely say we did not have a going the extra mile experience with your business. Just communicating our experience but looks like there are many satisfied customers who did not share the same negative experience."
"Jerry did a great job on our Chevy Equinox after we hit a deer. He made an extra effort to get the job done timely despite having a lot of repairs in line with the winter conditions. I really appreciated his personable demeanor and he also saved us a few dollars on our deductible. I’d highly recommend him and will use him for any future auto body needs."
