"Just too bad there's not a negative star rating for this trash company. My elderly parents had a over-priced hot water heater poorly installed that quit working after 2 weeks, on return the tech was rude and condenscending to them. Then, because the techs didn't check their work were back 2 months later because a tubing leak caused the heating valve/apparatus to burn out. Again, my parents were treated rudely and unprofessionally, CBD declined warranty, and the tech with his degrading comments was asked to leave. They then hired a more professional plumber to fix and repair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
