"Food was fine, but I waited for over an hour to get my pizza after being notified that it was ready on the app. I was using curbside pickup and checked in when I arrived. I called the store after 20 minutes and they said they were just about to put the pizza in the oven, which confused me. I eventually went into the store after having waited an hour. Stood at the empty counter for 10 minutes before getting acknowledged by a worker, whereupon my food was pulled out of the heating box, leading me to believe it had been ready the whole time. I will say it was an extremely busy night for the business, but even so it should be staffed appropriately to be able to handle Friday night food rushes, and to honor the expectation of curbside pickup."
