"Total Auto Care Replaced my transmission and did some other work on my Ford EcoSport Titanium . They did a great job,. I called and made an appointment and asked if they had a rental or loaner car and they said yes. They had a loaner car waiting for me when I dropped my car off and they made everything very easy and smooth. They called that evening and told me I needed a new transmission and it would take 1week to get and 2-3 days to put it in and fix everything.They called and told me That the warranty was paying for most of it I just had $210. "First time customer, I was sent a flyer in the mail saying $10 over cost for tires. I already had two other quotes from other local tire dealers. I called and told them what I wanted and they got back to me quickly, and a honest $10 over cost, as I already knew what wholesale cost was while doing research. It took only a couple days to get my SPECIAL tires in. These are brand new to the market and a odd size. I ordered BF Goodrich HD Terrain in 255/80-17 for my ram dually. These are targeted for heavy hauling - working trucks. Brian called me at 2:15 pm said, tires are here and it will take a couple hours to do since there is 6 tires, can you drop it off? I didn’t have a ride, so they offered to bring me back home while they worked on my truck. Overall, AWESOME experience, very friendly, courteous, and made it painless.
