"Tried again online ordering system, fail! I sat in their parking lot for twenty minutes before it dawned on me that the order bar was never displayed. Went inside and they confirmed, no order. They were very helpful and took my order and it was filled within twenty minutes. The food was hot, good and this $20 deal(2 pizzas, garlic knots, two liter pop(which I just now realized, I never grabbed) and cinnamon sticks) was enough to entice me to buy. I'm not a pizza eater except when I have a hankering for it and this hit the spot Pizza- very good Knots- great seasoning Cinnamon twists- haven't eaten yet I was not disappointed with this purchase Online ordering system is hit or miss with me. This time I gave cc info and hit "place order" tab and waited. It finally returned to the main screen, so I assumed the order was accepted, but, apparently it was not. It's always something it seems with their system. I recall the same thing happened last year a couple times and I just gave up on it. Lost revenue. Otherwise, good experience I could be just full of user error. Try this deal!"

"Pizza was fine, but their cutter doesn't seem to cut very well. Nothing like dropping a pizza in the middle of a crowd and watching as we all try to rip apart a pizza into something resembling slices! Didn't have any contact with anyone, so I didn't have much to say on that."

"Update 2023 Nov I decided to order again it seems the quality has improved and I am not left feeling cheated so lets update review. I ordered two Italian Heros they were great. The delivery is hit or miss my last two orders I recieved no notifications at all. The site keeps glitching and if I had to guess management and workers are burning out again. Despite hiccups orders have been right and warm. Workers only get to keep tips if cash do not tip using card! 2017 They straight up gave me the wrong pizza 2 times in a row now. I got a hold of the manager and when I said what happened he just hung up. Does this picture look fake?! I don't like making waves and everyone makes mistakes what matters is how you respond to mistakes. Good thing it was just pizza because I felt like it and not for an event or something. I will no longer order from the Cottage Grove East Point Douglas Dominos until something big changes also I get at least one pizza on the house with the correct order as seen below otherwise Papa Murphy's is fine with me. (Albeit not always ideal.)"

"Got a medium pizza with onions and jalapenos as a treat. This location was kind enough to include free charring on my pie! Thanks, I guess. I realize this chain is way too popular for the staff to provide a quality product for every customer, and my product was probably a result of short staffing and overwork. To alleviate the burden and ensure that my fellow citizens can have more care and attention devoted to their pizzas, I'll stop ordering from this chain. If I stop buying pizzas, then the staff will have more time to ensure that everyone else's orders meets better standards. My pizza was mostly inedible and I am not even going to bother with the "pizza insurance" since there's no point in me paying for another rushed half-hearted burnt pizza."
