"If I could give a lower rating I would. We are out of state riding and blew a tire. I called a number of tire shops and although we were two hours away they said they had a tire. When we arrived we were told they did not actually have this particular tire or any tire that was the size we needed. I understand they didn’t have the item we needed and that was out of their control but sending us on a wild goose chase was unacceptable. Their staff should be more knowledgeable."

"Took my trolling motor in for warranty repair last fall around the first week of October or so. No problems getting it checked in and they let me know it'd be a while because they were busy switching over to winter gear whatever no big deal not like I needed it right away anyway. Called back after a couple weeks to see what was up with the motor still not worried about getting it back right away just wanted a status update was told they'd call the next day because the guy was out or something no biggie. Didn't get a call back. Called back after another week or two still not in a hurry to get it back same thing happened no call finally get a call after over a month and a half that its ready still wasn't a big deal. Started getting the boat ready for the summer and hooked up the trolling motor would turn on. Pulled the covers off after going over the rest of the system and determining the motor was the problem and found that whoever worked on it didn't plug in the connection so it wasn't getting power they also didn't mount the power and battery test switches to the housing and the screws are gone now I'm wondering if they even fixed anything. No way to know till I'm out on the water but im very disappointed in the level of service especially since its 100 miles one way"
