"I ordered from Doordash the box that contains 6 donuts. I specifically ordered Boston Kreme, Chocolate Frosted Sprinkles, Glazed, Glazed Chocolate, Old Fashioned, and Strawberry Frosted Sprinkles. In this case, I know it is NOT doordash's fault because Dunkin Donuts receipt had the correct orders. But when I opened the box, I never got the boston kreme, chocolate frosted Sprinkles, and my Strawberry Frosted sprinkles don't have any sprinkles. Instead Dunkin gave me 2 old fashioned, 2 glazed Chocolate, glazed, and a strawberry frost only. Clearly they only gave me a box with donuts and carelessly did not bother to check if the orders were correct."

"A 3/4th filled large hot mocha that was lukewarm and a depressed breakfast sandwich really started my day off right. I asked if they had a microwave to heat the mocha up and they remade me... another 3/4th filled large "hot" (read: lukewarm) mocha."

"Tired of getting old bakery especially at the prices that are being charged for 1 donut. Today I got some chocolate with chocolate frosting. One was old and the other was fairly fresh. I wonder are you sneaking day old in with the fresher ones? The cake donuts taste dry the glazed are better but not much. Very disappointing. Happening too often. Time to find a new donut place."

"Quite literally the worst latte I’ve ever had. Only went there because I had a coupon. They took it, and then after seeing the receipt I asked if the coupon was applied, another guy came to the window rudely demanding to see the coupon, which she had already taken. Instead of telling me the coupon was only available at Minneapolis and Rochester area locations she just didn’t apply it. The people were unfriendly, the coffee sucked, and now I fully understand why I’ve never been there and won’t be back. If you like bad coffee and less than desirable service this place is for you."

"I honestly have no idea why I still try this location. It's either a disgruntled rude employee with a bad attitude or they get my order completely wrong. Today it was getting nothing I ordered unless I saw them bag it. For starters I walked in because the drive thru line was backed up, no one said ANYTHING. 2 employee walked past the counter without a single word. Aside from a cell phone sitting on the coffee bar counter no one was upfront, and a line forming behind me. After about 5 mins a girl emerged from the back and quickly took our orders. Probably the only smile I saw in the place. I ordered a donut and hash browns for each child and a coffee and croissant sandwich for myself. What I got was the donuts and coffee (coffee set on the counter without a word so had to look to make sure it was mine) An English muffin sandwich that tasted like freezer burned cardboard and plain stuffed bagels. No hash browns. I'd rather back track to Hugo and try their location than go here again. I'm so over it."
