"Friendly Staff and good drinks. The only thing I dislike is, I went there one time at 6am before work they were closed. Even though they say they open at 5:30am. The next time I go there, I asked one of the staff what time they open, she said that due to short staff sometimes they aren't open at the time it says on Google and to be safe to come at 7am. Which doesn't help me since I start work at that time. So it was a little disappointing that you don't know if you can rely on their times. Otherwise, any other time they are decent and make great drinks."

"My sister and I went through the drive through and paid for our drinks until we noticed we didn’t get the right size for our drinks at all. We asked for mediums because we don’t normally go to Starbucks, but we’re still aware of the size differences. We told the worker we got mediums and they replied back with a tone saying that they are, knowing thats their small cups. Along with that, since we got Frappuccinos, we expect the typical whip cream swirl. There was almost no whip cream. My sister was upset and went back inside to get more whip cream on both drinks, and she came back complaining about how the workers treated her. Im disappointed we overpaid for the drinks we got and frustrated about how the workers treated us, Never again."

"Very, very few people at this location are trained well. Either that or they don't listen/don't care. This is the closest Starbuck's to where I live and I can honestly say that over half of the drinks I've ordered from here have been made wrong. Also, I've seen the entire staff get turned over at least two times in less than a year. Pretty sure management/corporate is to blame, but they won't learn their lesson until you stop giving this location your business."

"We visited this location for a meeting, and when I tried to place our order, I was told the registers were not working. If I wanted to place an order, I would need to either download the app. order and pay or get in my car and go through the drive-through to place my order and then come back in the store. I was unsure why they could not take orders on the drive-through register and serve them to customers inside. One Barista stated to another customer that they were short staffed as a reason people had to use the drive-through. Several customers just left, and we did not order anything. Due to the poor service, we will not schedule any future customer meetings at this store."

"i ordered a dragon drink with light ice from this store today, and they ended up making completely wrong and i was aware of this because i work at a different location. i tell the man at the window, this isnt my drink it was made wrong and he argued saying it was correct. (they ended up blending the drink??? it is shaken and is never blended??) and the remade one was 80% ice"
