"Great location, right next to interstate 694, and a lot of shopping areas and fast food. Normally customer service is pretty good. Sometimes it feels they are just talking amongst themselves. But they make excellent drinks. I normally get a weird drink that isn't really on the menu, so they get confused or have to remake it sometimes. But I like what I like. If you like sweet drinks, I would recommend trying a vanilla white mocha cooler with 1 full shot of Carmel. Cures the sweet tooth and addictive! I recommend this location, overall good place that make their drinks great."

"LOL my actual review didn't post-so sorry!!! My experience was amazing!!! I've a "service dog in training"-not your normal lab size, but a cavapoo, and she's training to indicate for autoimmune issues. Eventually she will be trained to pick things up I drop. Anyways, a staff member asked very politely if she was "a working dog or a pet" and I said she was in training and I got "that's great! Have a wonderful time!" No judgment as to how small she is, no "oh really? And what do YOU need a service dog for you look fine" (until I grab my one and go to walk) the question was asked, answered, and we were treated with respect. I've had issues since I was 8. I've always had people question "really? You look just fine". Your staff almost had me in happy tears!!!! Definitely making you my Caribou of choice!!! Thank you!!! And the cooler (even hot coffee in winter gives me a hot flash-or as my family says "power surge" lol) and Pipers 1st Puppichino were very good!!!"

"I used to love this place! But I ordered an espresso with a little water and it was terrible, burnt taste and seemed like drip coffee because there was no crema at all. I think the staff should have more training. Also the breakfast sandwich was not good at all, McDonald's does it better."
