Anyone who has had one knows its an incredibly complex Midwestern dish. With butterscotch, peanut butter, chocolate, and rice krispies, I thought there is no way someone can pull this off in an ice cream flavor successfully. I decided to take a chance. It was the best I've ever had. Every aspect of a scotcharoo, perfectly replicated in an ice cream cone. The balance of chocolate pieces, not soggy rice krispies, in the perfect ratio with the ice cream and other flavors. I doubted them, I really did. That day, Ellies proved me wrong."
