"The drinks were fine. Service was a little slow. My hazelnut latte was luke-warm, and they forgot the hazelnut. I would rather go to a locally owned coffee shop versus a chain anyway."

"Forget about ordering here. Ordered through the official Dunkin’ App for pickup. Despite being confirmed and paid for, the staff seemed to think the order never existed, they said we should have known that “third party apps” don’t work. (again, the OFFICIAL Dunkin’ app which was used at this and other Dunkin’ locations without a hiccup) No care, no effort, no remedy. My wife was nearly unable to take her essential medicine that needs to be taken with food and I was almost late for work making other breakfast arrangements. If I were higher management, I would be humiliated and furious with such poor service and degradation of the app, store, and brand."

"I had gotten the sandwich earlier today to take one bite to find a long black hair in it. To whoever had made the food at this location today must have not had their hair in a ponytail or was not wearing a hairnet if you require that, I'm very disappointed that I could not eat this sandwich due to the fact that I found a lot hair from someone's head, hopefully. This is literally ridiculous you need to make sure your employees are wearing their hair up or hat or hair net or whatever you require so people don't have to eat hair. I do not think I would be returning to this location. Also I have three images attached for you to see that there is definitely a hair in the sandwich. It is a very long hair and I am disgusted. I really want to call the health department on this location to the fact that you cannot maintain cleanliness within food."
