"Lots of food for the price. Excellent quality for the price. Sausage and bacon tastes homemade (idk if it is) but tastes like exactly what you’d get from a good butcher. Quick service despite always being packed. Not the prettiest surroundings, but feels like grandmas kitchen, and the no frills atmosphere means no yuppies to complain about. If you want good food and friendly service at great prices even in todays economy, go here."

"We had a nice breakfast experience at People's Cafe. You could tell this is a very popular place in Cambridge as locals packed the place while we were there. Had side orders of toast, ham and cheesy hash browns with coffee which satisfied my appetite. My guest had an omelette with hash browns which she said was tasty and the portion was almost too large to eat. Service from our waitress was fantastic and kept the coffee topped off while there. A little tough finding a parking spot but eventually drove around the block and found one opened up right in front of the building. They have both on street parking along with a small private lot in the back with access to the restaurant. If you are in the Cambridge area and looking for a real homestyle breakfast or lunch I highly recommend stopping by People's Cafe."

"Really tasty and great value. If you have ever been in a small town diner, this is it. My coffee was topped off a lot and the portions delightfully filling. My meal was exactly as ordered. Very efficient staff. It is like taking a walk back in time. The only thing Id change is upgrading silverware."
