"I'm a regular and I feel like it's rare that my drink is made correctly. Most of the time it's something small, like forgetting to add chocolate so I just move along with my day but lately there has been a handful of times that it's been made with cooler mix instead of crafted press. It makes it undrinkable. Today it was made incorrectly and I went back through the drive thru to let them know. They remade it for me and upon trying it I immediately knew it was cooler mix. I took my loss and went home since I don't like complaining. For how much the drinks cost, customer service and accuracy could go a long way. Especially for a regular who orders the same drink almost every day."
